Threadsert, I've heard.
Heli-coils blow out in my experience.
Maybe the best option is just to leave it alone? I'm not sure if spark plugs blowing out are normally a problem with boosted motors.
Might be risky with those early heads tho.

Yeah, no heli-coils for sure. It's real low boost, but on 50 year old heads, I'm not sure if there is any metal fatigue going on from other people in the past

Low boost should be fine
