I think I had a 91 Nissan Maxima and it was a POS so I had to get rid of it. I was sick of the automatic transmission needing work and wanted something more fun. I found this at a local sketchy used car dealer and fell in love.
Daily drove it for years until I traded it for a 68 Ghia. I was hooked.
This was the beginning of my aircooled journey. A 77 beetle with some extensive mods. I'll try to dig up some more photos. It had a taxidermy piranha just above the rear view mirror.
I had some great times in that car.

Too much. It was constant. Once I started driving a 70 squareback as a daily it was the perfect balance of lowkey and classic aircooled goodness. |

That's pretty cool looking. What a great car for a daily driver. That car must have gotten a lot of attention from the public. |
First one I saw was in valet parking at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, and you can't imagine the crowd around that car the whole time it was parked there. It was the Rolls Royce version, very well done, with pearl grey paint and interior. |
