A friend has a 1969 VW camper bus. The engine and interior need some work and she is looking for a reputable shop in the Southeast Michigan area that has some experience with VWs. Not looking for a concours restoration.....just wants a decent functional vehicle that can be enjoyed. The last shop took her money and didn't get the job done - says it can't even hold 45 mph. Thanks for any advice.

Michigan is a big state.

Look through that.
Never mind. Not much there. _________________ Volkswagen!

Add Arbormotion in Ann Arbor to the list. https://www.arbormotion.com/
One of the owners is a lover of aircooled early Porsche and Vw's
All 3 of these specialize in European vehicles. It will not be cheap but it will be right. |
