I tried to start my car but it has no spark.I have a Pertronix Distributor with the electronic ignition and the flamethrower 1 coil.The coil showed 12v going to it.Could it be the module in the distibutor?

Yes.

These are very sensitive to voltage and polarity.

The center contact in the cap has been known to fall out.
