Pretty neat little amp you can hook up to 6v or 12v. Once the volume knob is turned on, it shows up on your phone’s Bluetooth. The things got about enough power to work with a single mount speaker, i may mount this from inside my glovebox..

Dplococo & kingkarmann thanks for the nice comments, this nit picking is honestly the best part. I think im done and i keep finding things!

Painting the engine compartment and trunk the color of the car is next, that has been bothering me for years. I painted the wheel wells and pan with rubber undercoating, and thought it would be neat under the lids too but no,

Heres a fun fact, pieta prayerbook clear jackets fit vw owners manuals perfectly. Just a trim off the top, and keeps manuals nice:)

I wanted an anti glare visor for the rearview mirror, but I couldn't find any to exist. but I did find a few examples of type 3 versions.
I water jet some mirror finish stainless and green plexi from what dimensions I can gather from photos, and made a few for ghia and type 3. Just waiting on some springs to keep it in place. .

Thank you so much guys!
I found out why no flip up day night mirror visors wernt ever made for ghias..the space above the mirror doesnt provide enough clearance for a visor to stay in the up position in that area. A rubber band solved the issue but still, that may have been a bust but i still love mine. .. the type 3 versions work great.

New additions this week..
Got a vintage speed sebring 38mm custom exhaust. Pumped to hear it.. and to have things evenly centered now looking at the rear.

I took the bumpers apart to polish each piece, and get all original zinc plated hardware.

The guards had some chrome peeling off the inside. i didnt want it peel off the front, but also would never rechrome them. so i wire brushed clean then spot treated areas with por15. Then sprayed correct color silver paint on the inside.

Check out the original part numbers in the correct cast guards!
And the raja logo.. never seen that..

And one has karmann logo

the difference in cast vs steel guards can be made out from the front by that chrome edge. The case guards have a sharper distinctive edge, also smaller

Thoroughly polished up all the bumper pieces, cleaned up all the threads with a tap, silver paint on the inner areas. All original sandblasted refinished kamax bolts, with new seals spring washers & nuts thats how im doin it.. time to put them back on.
