Adjusting front torsion bar. Passenger side is seized. Fix?

Per Abscate’s recommendation, I sprayed down my torsion bar adjusting nuts and bolts with a mixture of 50% ATF and 50% acetone. That was about three or four days ago. With the van jacked up and on jackstands the driver side easily adjusted to where I wanted it but the passenger side between the rear heat blower and gas tank was definitely not going to unscrew without twisting the T bolt out of the frame. I tried counterclockwise and clockwise and both ways the entire bolt rotates with the nut. There’s not really room between the gas tank and the heat blower assembly to go in there and try and capture the threaded T-bolt with a vice grip so I’m looking for other suggestions.

Wondering if I should just go ahead and twist the T-bolt out of the frame so I can get to the bolt and nut more easily, get some vice grips on the T portion wire brush it and lubricate it and pray that I can get that nut to rotate otherwise I fear I will be screwed in my own driveway.

I read in a thread last night that some had more luck freeing a stuck torsion bar Adjustment nut with the wheel and tire still on the ground and just partially lifting the body of the van. This morning I went out and wire brushed the threads which had little to no rust evident and sprayed the threaded portion and nut down again for the third or fourth time, let it sit for about an hour then went out and tried it with my breaker bar both in the wheel on the ground and wheel off the ground modes to no avail. I then got out my shop heat gun, turned it up to max and heated the nut for several minutes and tried it again with a tire on the ground and off the ground and no luck.

Try 5 cycles of heat. You can get an oxy MAPP torch for about $50 from Amazon, which will give you a pinpoint flame you can get stuff red with

I can tell you how i adjusted mine,

spray on top of the bolt so it drains into the nut several days in a row, then clean bolt in the direction you're going with a wire brush lastly use a large crescent wrench. I moved mine 50mm for a five inch lift up front!
