I’m seeing Bosch platinum tips for $11-$12 each and then NGK and Denso platinum tip sets of six for $20 or less. Any reason not to use the NGK or Denso? |

I have been using the NGK iridium BPR5EIX in my 95 and they have been fine. I am a biker (hence NGK) and have had good results with the iridium plugs on bikes so it was an easy choice. _________________ My van modification blog:

That is because they are FAKE NGKs. It is the most counterfeited autopart on the web.
Real NGKs are closer to $15 each.
I use NGKs in everything I own. _________________ 2002 EVC |

I just checked Advance Auto Parts online and they list the NGK Platinum for $4.39 each. That said, I googled fake NGK plugs and will be looking at the ones I received from Amazon tomorrow. |
