Yesterday was the first time I was able to drive the bus in over a year and a half! Time to get some updated build pics and info!
I left off with the top going to a friend's for repair. It was rough. Honestly, I should've bought a new top...and might end up doing that down the road.

The top resto could've consumed way to many hours to make it perfect. It still retains several character marks, and I'm ok with that.
While the top was away Mr OG Paint gave me a hand in getting my accordion frame in operation. He'd just finished tweeking on a Heilite tent frame and was ready for this challenge. After much straightening we had the frame in good operation. We gathered many of the hardware bits and he sent them to his powder coater.

My opinion, Dormobile would, and still does, convert anything! Could they have done a Mango? Can't say they couldn't have!
You do you! 👊😎👍 |

The big bumper needed love! I was torn on leaving it as is, but figured with shiney redone top it just wouldn't match well. Found some areas that needed love. After a buddy welded up the crack, I dropped it off for sand blast and powder coat. |

One of the things that I wanted to address was the hole left from an antenna on the front end of the roof. It was previously covered by a sticker then I covered that with another sticker. Mr OG paint to the rescue again! He had a single 7" Cibie light that I thought would fit the build. A buddy had an nos wire kit. As of today it's fitted to see how I like it (love it!) , Next is to wire it and put the air scoop bits back together.

Campbell shows many signs of having been parked for a long time. Cleaning seems to be never ending! |

Last Sunday was the first time in over a year and a half I was able to drive Campbell. Still much to do, but she starts, drives, and stops now.
