I removed my tank yesterday and both of the vent line brackets were dangling. The tabs were broken off. Are these tabs replaceable or do I need to figure out a way to glue them on?

The hoses are rubber. I think you would be pkay to just zip-ty tie them to each other.
Make sure you cut off the zip-ty's flush so there are no sharp ends to rib on the hoses.
