Does anyone know if this car only came with only one seat that reclines ?

IIRC, neither one reclined. They were standard seats and were held down
with wing nuts and cast clamps, not even on adjustable rails…

I guess I worded that wrong. I meant one seat has a knob where you can adjust the seat back and the other one just moves ahead with no adjustment.

The Canadian standard model for 1961 has some deluxe features and that's why the Canadian model is a subset of the 111 model. It's still a 111 but because it has some deluxe model features it's called the "1200 Custom" and it includes chrome bumpers with over riders ( to meet Canadian bumper height requirement
The seat is adjusted by loosening up the wingnut and sliding the seat. The drivers seatback has a three step angle adjustment. Passenger seat does not.
