Glad its road legal. I've been reading your thread its nice to see a vert version of my car. I luckily have everything except a full carpet and my front seats are not the original covers.
Are your wing mirrors supposed to be swan necks? or

I think any mirror was an add on by the dealer but it looks as though i had one on the fenders. Not sure what avenue i will take when it comes time to paint. I have heard the swan ones aren't very practical.

Conventional wisdom is that mirrors were standard by 58, but I’ve seen so many exceptions I’m wondering if they didn’t remain dealers choice until 1964. I have a 62 Germany delivery all original with odd ball dual mirrors and a 63 US delivery with an odd mirror.

| The visors should be padded with waffle weave vinyl. I believe only late 59 and 60 Ghias had visors with waffle weave vinyl. I think I have a good pair in the garage, though I don't know if the color is right. If you are interested PM me. |

Looks very good. I like it a lot. I think the word "patina" is overused today, but this is truly nice patina. I would take those originals over a reproduction any day.

Try purple power. I used it on a stained and filthy white vinyl top and it looks like new.
If that blemishing is wear though you might consider vinyl paint. Or if you are going to go with a patina look leave it.
