Back of Valves Supposed to Look Like This??

Here's a photo of one of my intake valves, is this fairly normal? I've never really looked before.
Have the engine out for a new transmission to go in and figured I'd clean some stuff up while it's out.
This is a fairly recent 1.7 T4 rebuilt, 8.5:1 on a C25, Running MS-EFI using stock plenum and runners, stock breather routing.

Ethanol gas is awesome!

Looks normal to me. Some fuel system treatment might help fight buildup.

Looks like you need to put some miles on that engine. It is too damn clean.
