It’s off to a good start. I think it’s the first restored low light I’ve seen on BAT so I’m hoping it does well. _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

I didn't see this coming! Say it ain't so! This car has been through so much with you, I can't imagine how difficult a decision this must have been. Beautiful car and the color is so rare. We'll likely never see another one. _________________ Marc

Interesting.
When I look at these two photos, the bumper itself sits much lower than mine. My brackets are stock and as far as I can tell the mounting points in the fender well inside the truck are correct. So I can only conclude there is something different in these SS bumpers mounting points.
One concern I have, if I am able to lower the bumper I will have to watch carefully where they bolt to the fender so that I do not have a turned up corner.

Hello ! I have a request:
for Karmann ghia /1970 I need the dimensions of the rear bumper supports. I would like to make them handmade, they will be stronger than the existing aftermarket ones - I hope. Thanks ! |
