Was out picking the other day at an old man's yard with quite a few cars a hundred miles or so from home and stumbled upon this... never have I seen a car corrode so badly! Eeek!

Yeah, too much moisture'll do that - there is a 36 horse, at a salvage, near me, that looks like that - too bad - z

Nah, it's a mechanical part... JB Weld can fix that! Razz

On a more serial note, I would be curious what is inside that case. I think it could be disassembled with a large flat blade screwdriver at this point.

No need for a screwdriver. Just pick it up and it will disintegrate before your eyes. Shocked

People complain about oil leaks, but an oily mess would have saved it.

Cup half full, though. It looks like some great salvage parts, heads, etc.
