That looks similar to Greg's tent from his 55':

That looks similar to Greg's tent from his 55':

Tims tent is the standard ‘58 canvas - no privy - 4 pieces of fabric.
The poles are silver galvanized - which to me says ‘59-60 poles - but who really knows when westfalia stopped painting them silver. They may be original to that tent. The Alaska ‘58 has silver painted poles, so did the Goodrich bus. I forget what dates those two buses are. |

The Goodrich bus is a February of 58, within a few hundred Vin #'s of mine

The alaska 58 is after feb 58 as it doesnt have a 3 rib air vent. My mar. 7 58 came with both sets of poles, I do not know which is original to the bus but am presuming the painted ones. It also came with a 59 era tent |

Thanks Paul it was cool to finally meet you in person.
At OCTO I was able to lay my eyes on a later tent with galvanized poles, I'm absolutely certain my poles are the earlier silver painted poles!

Was that the grey/white tent on the RDH SO23? That thing was pretty nice and with a nice Puck to boot.
