Got some rage for thinking that I could save this.
But sometimes maybe just thinking it is fun on trying to save metal is all it takes.
Maybe I can’t save it. Maybe I can.
But just fiddling around trying out and learning is all this project is.
Either way. If you don’t try it out. You will never ever learn.
And remember whatever you do. ALWAYS WHERE SUNSCREEN.
This was what I picked up.

The engine was really stuck on the transmission.
Guess they ran with the wrong oil in it.
First piece to try out was the pod.
Some bashing later.
Started to weld it and get in shape.

At this time I got the metal for the frame.
And that’s all until yesterday. |

Have you considered simply starting with a nicer bus? I don't know what your skills are, but the race is easier if you can see the finish line. If you are not a runner, don't start off doing a marathon. |

I will start doing more when it gets colder outside.
Most of the “free” time goes to fixing the house now when the weather is ok.

Sounds like a plan. A shame that 90,000 of does would just watch it too laugh at my bad English.

Strictly awesome, another one !
what in the world ever happened to this poor bus. did they bulldoze it into a road fillment or use it as a military target practice for running over with tanks ?
good on you for trying to save this, you certainly got the right dedication ! |
A wood machine(?), like the ones that chop down trees.
Had a little wrestling match with it. Or that’s how the story goes anyway.
Thanks dude!
