Found my Beetle on Google

Was looking through Google images to get some ideas for my Super and came across a watermelon super beetle - thought it looked very familiar and opened up the binder of previous work/owners I have of the car and sure enough it looks like the same car

The only photo I have of it being a watermelon:

Thought it was interesting to share especially since the vehicle is now Red/White and in Minnesota rather than Massachusetts, where the car was photographed and originally from.

Edit: Found a 'Rusty Bug Restorations' sticker on the inner door jam and called Greg - he didn't know what I was talking about until I said it used to be a watermelon and he was amazed the thing was still around lol
