Still waiting for the interior... but I did get the semaphores back from being restored and installed. One more thing off the list.

Looking great! Have you finished the rims for it yet? Hopefully you do them in the correct metallic blue/ruby red combo. |

Matthew I had Matthew Ross in Canada do them and the came out great.
58euro I went with white centers I went back and forth about the red and decide to just go white. Easy to change down the road. _________________ 1952 356 coupe

I have been waiting for the interior since November and it is supposed to be here on Wednesday. Spent a couple hours getting the seats disassembled so I can get the frames sandblasted this week hoping to finally get this car done so I can enjoy it this fall.
The original material was still under the seat covers.

Got seats assembled today. Does anyone know what color the rear luggage rails are supposed to be?

I'm curious why you chose that seat material? (April 51-september 52 Azur split beetle material) obviously not correct/original as seen by your original upholstery, and considering the high level you've been building this car to. _________________ drive your split. |

Sled,
Honestly I was to trusting with the people I bought the interior from and after a year of waiting for it I'm just going to go with it.

I disagree that the original/correct material is "blah dystopia" when fresh...obviously moot point now though
