Where are the door drain hole locate?

Hello everybody.
I have already done some research about door drain holes but it is not clear to me.
The picture below was captured from this website. Could you please tell me that red arrows are drain hole? If there are, how water drain out when door seal is put in. By the way, what is blue arrow mean?

Yes, the red arrows are pointing to the drain holes in the bottom of the door. If you look real closely, you can see that the channel for the door seal does not completely block the holes. They remain partially open to the inside of the door, allowing water to drain out. The door seal does not cover these holes.

The blue arrows are pointing to a reinforcement beam that was added to the inside of the doors starting in 1973 to give added protection in the event of a side impact collision.
