Been some time. Just been messing around here and there. I picked up my Kennedy adapter and clutch assembly last week and my headers today.

I love your build so far! I have only one concern with your welding style.
I hope you’re not doing the mig like tig look on critical joints. While the weld looks nice, it lacks the penetration needed on thicker metals. Unless you’re using a pulse setting with mig. It’s easy to spot when someone does this by the fisheye (center dimple) of the weld. It better to have a weld that looks ugly and be strong than to have a weld that looks pretty and be weak. You don’t want a cold weld on something critical like suspension parts or roll cages.
Just my 2 cents.

I you're going to criticize his welds, you MIGHT think of showing us examples from his images of where his are not acceptable to your thinking and then show welds of a style you approve of.

I've made a living as a Welding Inspector, and I see no problem welds in what he has shown in his images. I don't see any welds that make me say "WOW!!! That's a pretty weld!". And I haven't seen any that make me say, "WOW! That's a weak weld!" either.

Unless you're using some method of magnification of his images, I'm not sure how you can apply your criticism.

I was looking at the rear trailing arms. Though now I’m guessing he didn’t make those because none of the rest of the welds on the car look like those do. The cage welds look good and so does the front end work. The whole arm is literally a bunch tack welds stacked on top of each other to look nice, even at the pivot.

The rear arms were built by a Dave Brown up in either Oregon or Washington. From what I have seen and read he is fairly well known and builds sturdy parts that are on some really well-built cars.

Thats good news. I was afraid you were going to say they were latest rage parts. I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of your build! Great work so far.

If you are wondering about wiring your Honda....go to glamisdunes.com

There is a Honda section there. There is also a Honda wiring expert on there. He builds wiring harnesses and etc.

I plan on doing some venting similar to this to get some air flow to the radiator.
