My old early '68 bug, factory black with factory red interior. It only had 44,000 original miles. All it needed was rear spacers for the rear center caps to clear the axle.

My new fatty that I just purchased from a customer. It's always nice to get a car you personally know, and have done a lot of work to.

My '77 Standard Beetle.
Original color was Lime Green metallic, but the PO repainted it an early '70's Chevy Camaro green. I've owned the car since summer 1992. PO installed fiberglass hood and fenders, nerf bars and '67 taillamps. Soon after I bought it I installed '74 bumpers and '68 taillamps. I like the look of the '68/'69 two-tone rims so I painted these in that scheme in 2016.
The above shot is from April 2017, at the abandoned Red Apple Rest along US Rt 17 just north of Tuxedo, NY. Afterwards, a small waterfall along twisty Arden Valley Rd in Harriman State Park, NY.

Was finally able to get her out of the garage the other day, inspected and with a fancy new driver side pan.

Still waiting for the good weather to arrive to get my 70 out again.
Decided to add some stripes along the lower sides.
Fitted a set of fog lights under the front bumper to go with the spot lights above it.
