It seems as tho your KF B pillar sits a bit lower than the KF outer and inner rocker. Can you post a close up picture of your lower B pillar? |
The lower "B" pillar meets up pretty nicely with the outer rocker me thinks. The "tang" that extends down vertically is longer than the tang on the rocker. I'll be matching those two up with my angle grinder in a few days:

Where did you weld outer rocker to B and C pillars? Only at the bottom of rocker to hold it place? Sorry if I missed something but I'm scratching my head as to where to weld to the pillars. |
You can see in these two shots where the rocker attaches to the "B"&"C" pillars. Of course, when the floor is installed it will attach along the entire "sill" of the cargo floor doorway as well. Some folks drill through the rocker and weld it to the curved surface that lives right inside of the ends...on the strengthener. I chose not to.

Ahhh...tweaking DID happen after all. The female holes, on the new KF floor, for the latching pins on the cargo doors had to be moved aft 5mm, and then patched of course.

OK...got a little lazy today. Got tired of fitting, removing, fitting, cutting, etc. and started to weld in my rocker. There are a few spots in the seam where the new metal is tight against the old...no gap. My thought is to just hot those spots with an ultra thin cutting disc before welding any further. Thoughts?

I need to know how far the cargo floor is supposed to hang over the rocker, im getting two different measurement, so i have to adjust something... Getting 1/2" on one side and almost 11/16" on other side.

It depends on the quality of the rocker part as the ell bend that becomes the rear landing of the seal is what you are hitting against with your measurement, I assume.
I measured three busses and slid the rule along the whole thing. I got 7/16 to 1/2 consistently with 7/16 mostly at each end. |

So am I doing this part right now and am I correct after reading through all of this that I am to fold out the front of the inner rocker straight out and that the edge of the inner rocker should actually meet up or be even with the front of the front lower outrigger? see photo red lines.
