I have to order this hose.
The kicker is the shipping is $45.00 and the part is $35.00 (U.S. which is about 3 million Canadian eh)
I've been told I can use a replacement providing it is oil resistant hose.
Does anyone here know the interior diameter of this hose.
No worries if not-I'll take it off tonight when I return from work and measure it myself.
Thanks in advance.

If it is the hose between the oil tower and the intake boot. 3/4" or 19mm is a snug fit. _________________ ☮️ |

30r7 fuel/PCV hose should work. Silicone heater hose would work as well. |

Indeed I found 3/4" fuel line just not quite fit over the plastic/electric breather part - larger diameter than the other fittings. 3/4" fits everywhere else but tight. _________________ Don't make a fuss, just get on the bus... |

Laundry soap, WD40, or some other lubricant should help get it on.
You can buy 7/8" hose for a dishwasher IIRC, but it may not last super long, though likely longer than the crappy original factory hose did.

Sometimes a little heat can help fit stubborn hoses. _________________ '87 Syncro

Try some 7/8 or 3/4 inch silicone heater hose. Get the cheap stuff without a lot of reinforcement. Single ply will do.
The silicone hose is very pliable when fitted over tight fittings. A little Vaseline helps too.
