Some more info i could translate from that article: This "Rebell" was bought by Alexander Tasch (and his friend Patrick) off Bernd Jäger and they keep developing it further, he says it is version 4 at the moment using the V8 from the E39 M5 (making around 410 PS) and a five-speed sequential transmission made by Drenth Gearboxes, it has front and rear lockers, front and rear custom-made axles with twin shocks in the front especially made for rally use and "a lot of different parts off a lot of different cars". Most of the body is actually custom made fiberglass parts.
