Hi,
Looking to convert front brakes to disc brake set up. Have 5 wide set up with original BRM's. What is the best bolt on set up without modification

You can't have anything welded or cut, right? I would ask ISP west about their kit first. And you'll need to swap out to stock disc spindles https://vwispwest.com/type-3-wide-5-disc-brake-kit-front-various-years-311498440e/

you might have width issues with the BRM's. They're not real original BRM's right?

I have the CSP front brake kit - no modifications to the OE stock drum spindles - bolt on kit. TUV certified. Uses inexpensive brake pads (if you don't buy them from CSP).

It's expensive but it works very well.

Since you are in England / Europe i would look into something with TUV papers / Certification for street use. Most likely you will need some kind of certification for modified brakes to be legal on the street.
