Darren ,
Building a Manxter is no easy task, it took me 4 1/2 years. At times I was really overwhelmed and never thought I would finish. But finally did.

It’s good you’ll be able to get out and have the wind in your hair.

At least show us a picture of the new buggy.

No question it can be a daunting task to build a Manxter.
I cheated and bought one ready to roll.
Enjoy !

Umm... your fins are backwards? I don't surf, but is there a reason for that? I've heard of fins foward or back for transport, but never heard about installing them backwards.

Yeah, that has already been addressed! First thing I did when I got it home! Lol

So, it is September 2021 and there is another development in this loooong saga! We started this saga wanting to build a Manxter 2+2 back in 2015 and went thru 2 chassis and bought an EJ engine and then life happened and everything kinda got put on the back burner and never got really going again. Then I found and purchased Orange Crush and while I love it, the longing for the Manxter never fully went away. So recently I had the opportunity to purchase Manxter body #41! So the build is BACK ON! LOL Hopefully this time will do the trick!
