After the reassembly of the bumpers, emblem, mirrors, wipers, and tiny bits I took a quick drive to Lake Poway for some current pics. WOW!

VW designed these work trucks to work hard. I keep mine hauling lumber & bricks, taking trips to CostCo & Home Depot. Never complains ...

See, it’s possible to have a double cab that looks great and works hard. _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

I'd be afraid of leaving my DC in the parking lot for fear of someone making off with it! Especially in SoCal.... _________________ .

I'm not too worried about my truck. I've installed several features that will prevent someone from driving it away. Towing it ... well that's another story! So far I've been lucky to avoid any issues. All the spectators that come up are sharing their VW stories. |
