Hi there everyone, i am trying to find a new or used shifter Shaft for my 1963/65 Brazilian that is starting to perish--anyone know anywhere i could procure one?

Not sure of the specific name of it but it runs from the shifter to the transmission.

Thanks in advance

Is this s Brazilian Bus or?

The long rod form the front to the rear is called a shift rod.

On a Brazilian Bus I'm not sure if it's the same as a German-built Bus.

This would be a weird part to be worn out, what's wrong with it?
The only thing I have seen in the past is if it's bent.

Ok, I'll assume it's a Bus so I'm moving it to the Split Bus area.

I don't know if it's the same rod as a German Bus, hopefully someone else here knows.

A picture would be great.

Is the shaft rusting or is the sheet metal that holds the bushing what is rusting?
