Are you sure? My understanding was it is all 3mm. I will measure my 58. I am not sure two thicknesses so close would even be available. |

I think everything is 3mm.
Is that the question you meant to ask Jacek? I would think a more important question would be the thickness of all of the cabinet doors, which are not all the same if I recall. You may need varying stud heights for the knobs in order for the caps to fit. |

It would probably be easier to make them all long and let us trim them down _________________ 58' pg/sg silo fridge westy

They are incredible
I attempted to do these myself and amount of hoops to jump through dealing with die makers was daunting

They look nice.
How much is a set of 5 (or 7)?
I wonder what this means for value of originals |

Been looking for 13 years and only found one knob. I would say they are difficult to find, but I'm sure there are some hoarded away somewhere. _________________ WANTED:

They definitely trade hands. Perhaps just not advertised publicly. |

The repros are available, and they are perfect. game-set-match. Years from now, people will be wishing that they bought the repros when they were available.
The same original knob off of my '58 was used to make two different reproductions of these knobs. The first run of reproductions was a very limited run made out of resin by the owner of a '58 westy. He had no interest in marketing them, but he did make a few extra sets for some lucky people at the time, about 8 years ago. _________________ .

Yup! This will absolutely be one of those dang "why did I wait parts"
It's a lesson in the rare parts game, you buy any and all you can when the opportunity becomes available
If I had some disposable income I'd buy a backup set _________________ 58' pg/sg silo fridge westy
