Length of middle seat seatbelts............

I've looked through a bunch of old threads on seatbelt attachment in the early buses (62-67) and have yet to find any mention of the actual length needed when attaching to the floor for the middle seat. They come in sizes ranging from 60' to 90". Can anyone tell me what a proper length would be? I've seen the question asked in several threads but never answered(as far as I could tell). I just figured someone must have done this before and ordered the specific length. Thanks.
