I've been trying to work then sneak away to shovel a path out to the street from my alley. That is some wet, heavy snow. I wouldn't bother but I have a very important appointment later today that I do NOT want to miss. _________________ Joe T.

Puts a bit of a crimp in my Friday, but I'll gladly accept the free water.
And the paint looks much, much better when covered in snow. _________________ Joe T.

Park those wipers folded out when snow is expected. You can thank me later! _________________ “Most everyone’s mad here. You may have noticed I am not quite all there myself.” — Cheshire Cat, Adventures of Alice in Wonderland

Maybe I'll submit a photo of mine on our first 40F degree morning, just to ease into this season. _________________ '87 Westy in Wolfram Grey Metallic |

Seattle got 3 inches
Slider door seal frozen to the van.
Dangit.
You can see it was already cracked.
I’m gonna try to weld it. _________________

It's cast Al-You-Minium
I was close.... real close to done.
Was welding the 2nd side when it fell apart and I cussed loudly.
It went downhill quickly from there.
I have ordered a new handle from VanCafe ($65 delivered). _________________

Isn't that how pot metal responds to welding? _________________ Casey--
