So got the new bearings in and doing this think I found the problem on the high carb. The butterfly valves didn’t seem to close 100%. They visually looked right but just not aligned right. Put everything back and got the valves to close 100%. Got the carbs synced and my idle is were I like it and runs really well. Probably need to confirm the timing is correct. So what should I have my timing at, my engine is not stock as it has performance parts but not positive how it’s set up.

30 degrees at full advance

your pully should have 30 "humps". TDC is in the middle of a "hump" go 2 and a half humps over to the right and at the peak of that hump paint a little mark. that's about 30 degrees. Rev the motor (3500 RPM's ) with a stobe light on and turn the distributor until your new mark lines up with the case half. Or if you have a timing light with adjustable advance, set the timing light at 30 degrees and match the TDC line up at 3500 RPM's. I'm on Houston's NawfSide if you need help
