I can tell you in a couple of days. I just installed mine on the engine last night and should have it back in and ready in a day or two. I called and spoke to Ron before i bought mine and he said he has guys running them on nearly 500hp with a stage 1 pressure plate. I put down 242hp to the wheels last time on the dyno, and plan to make about 50 more. I will mention too that my stage 2 and center force was holding it fine until the rear seal failed and oiled it down. |

I have no where near that much ~165hp, but it holds perfectly and it is smooth to operate.
I did shim my pressure plate with Berg shims to set the proper depth. |

That's good to hear. Ron told me it won't drive like a stock clutch. |

Black Magic disk and a Stage 2 chattered a lot on the street. Likewise, sintered disks with the Rev 6 chattered on the street. Rev 6 with the street discs drives like a stock clutch. _________________

Why not just make a custom set of wires with a Y splice in them. Then you could just run one distributor. |
I don't think electrickery works that way |

That disk is heavy, very heavy. It kills synchro rings in a hurry, and will cause missed shifts, I dont recomend it for almost anything. _________________ There are no stupid questions, only stupid people,

I'll tell you one thing for sure, do NOT use a chromoly flywheel with the black magic disc. ONLY use german chromium vanadium steel. Chromoly is too soft and you'll slip and burn/blue the flywheel side. |

So after a few days of driving on a stage 1 and a black magic. It really seems pretty normal driving around. Reverse for me chatters just a bit, but only as it is just engaging. I haven't beat on it yet to see if it's going to hold or not. |

I have had zero issues with mine as said above (drive ability wise).
Definitely curious to see how yours holds up to your HP |

I did shim mine out .030". Ron recommends 100 miles to bed it in, so I'm still trying to get that before i really let it have it.
The stage 2 and centerforce (same as a copperhead) i had was holding pretty well before i got oil on it. I ordered the black magic because i hadn't pulled the engine yet and just assumed it was too much for that set up. Which i do feel i was at the line on anyway. I plan to ramp this up to 25-30 psi so I'm going to need something that can handle it. If i could justify it, i would have bought the street 6 dual clutch, but that is around $1700 and i just couldn't see spending that for me. I'm a bit of a tightwad! |

For a true street car I'd wait till I burned up a Stage 3 and Daiken before going to any puck or iron discs. put the time and effort into installing a hydraulic clutch if it's too much on your foot |

I drove the BM + STG 1 on the street for a long time. No trans issues or chatter. I used to sand blast the disc after the track, however. Maybe after couple track days. |
