Where do you want me to attach the price sticker? In which window would the dealer most likely have had it?
Duncan |
Attach it to your scanner, and then attach it to an email.
I'm not looking for photos of stickers on the vans, but just good, clean, complete images of the window sticker. If you can scan it to a JPG image that would be best. Will likely take two scanned images and then I can piece them back together in photoshop.

There's a LOT of unique things on my '87 Syncro, but..........

Two questions. "LOT of unique, but"........? Well you seem like my kinna guy. What are some?
Duncan |
Here's some...
- Custom bumpers front and rear before bumper options were "a thing" in tha Vanagon world.
- Same with rock sliders under each side before those were available before purchase.
- Olive-drab military look paint with custom olive-green interior panels to match.
- NAV-COM console on the dash to house GPS displays, phone holders, video mount and power outlets.
- A/C compressor cut-out switch
- Switch to turn on all "dome" lights when doors are closed
- Two-story instrument binnacle with oil temp, oil pres, voltmeter, and ScanGauge above regular stock instruments[/list]

Great--We share the bumpers and the all light single switch turn on. My switch for that is a different new headlight switch. If the dimmer is turned all the way up the lights come on.

Mine have been inexpensive vehicles to own and operate, and have very rarely had any mechanical issues. |

That is awesome. In addition to my Vanagon I have an 1989 RX7 convertible with the 13b. Rotaries are relatively new to me and I love how smooth they rev, much smoother than a piston engine. |

A few things on my syncro Doka:
Roll bar is different from the jagdwagen due to it going all the way to the rear of the bed and the brush guard is completely different.
Scoop recently built on the driver's side.
My 2WD Doka has a Winkler body kit, full length rear window, jetta roof rack, audi mirrors (they suck), and the interior has a bunch of stuff done to it.

To any posts like this...unless it is Vanagon independent of anything else in the universe it doesn't count.
Like:
mine is in my driveway and no there Vanagon is
Or
I lost my virginity in it
Or
I was under it when the now ex-wife yelled at me from the open garage door that she'd divorce me if I didn't spend more time with her than the van _________________ 83.5 Westy with Subaru 2.5, 4 spd manual, center seat, COLD A/C on 134a!, Winter camp heated with an Espar B4 gasoline furnace
