Interesting bit of kit, I wonder if the hubs were built with a raise adjustment option rather than lowering, would it help with stock height buses cv joint angle issues like chewed up boots?

Edit. Brain fart Laughing

Looks like a pretty solid kit. They built there own boxed trailing arms, interesting how they built the attachment to the torsion tube and there own end bearing hub assemblies!

I have quite a bit of experience with the rear IRS kit (I've purchased four for customer buses and one of my own buses), as well as the front "hybrid" kit.

the rear kit is wonderful, far superior to any other IRS kit on the market. The adjustability both in height, and width, is awesome for fitting custom wheels or dialing in your stance just the way you want it. The pivot brackets that clamp to the torsion housing are a MUCH better design than everyone else's clamshell brackets.

I was on the phone with Brian earlier today to get a stock heigh complete irs hub kit shipped to me. Very smart Guy, and really looking to get this kit in my hand.

I have a 4.12 irs rebuilt transmission waiting for it.

Brian suggested me to get 181 or porsche 944 CV because of the additional angle with stock height.

I will go with 181 CV join.

Was working on mine today, as sled said, the torsion clamps are well thought out, I've seen others having to mangle the heat tube to make them fit. These clear nicely as would be expected. I also did his Hybrid Beam, showed up yesterday, got it hung in the bus later that evening. Excited to get the whole setup on the ground in the near future! Highly recommend! Beautiful kit.

None of my stuff is finish installed, still need to pull off and have powder coated, but Brian's website has nice photos on a couple of buses.

They are indeed well built parts. Very pleased with the quality and overall attention to detail.

If anybody deserved a vendor of the year award - if such an award exists - it would be Brian. He makes awesome parts Very Happy

yeah the concept of his front disc brake is excellent, however they just fit late split bus spindle only.

I hope one of these day he gets the same kit available for earlier splits.

On the fence post myself....just had Jeff Huber here in NC build me a 4:12-89th with super diff for my swivel seat. Just trying to decide on Brian's stock or lowered kit. He says stock height kit is being discontinued.

It looks like a nice kit to me, my issue with all of these kits the use of type 1 bearings & axles.
Only because the load rating of the type 1 sized bearings as opposed to later type 2 bearings & stub axles.
I don't think it would keep me from buying the kit, but still kind of bugs me.
