- Flywheel improperly torqued
- Egged holes in crankshaft
- Purchased Flywheel & Crankshaft Drill Jig 8 Hole
- Purchased new Dowel Pins
- Purchased new Gland Nut
- Machined New Dowel Pin Holes
- Installed New flywhel
- Press fit with loctite
- Torque Gland Nut

Nice work. I wish my 8 dowel spg roller crank is as easy a fix.

Make sure you really torque it down hard- the new four holes are likely larger than the originals unless you carefully reamed them to size.
My flywheel lasted like this until a loss of an exhaust rocker mounting clip, closing the valve caused a lot of shaking and backfiring then the new pins quickly ovalled out too.

That looks like a cast flywheel. Hope your pin fit on the new pins is perfect, or they will egg out in no time.
