after moving into my house a year ago, I finally got around to removing a bench seat from the rafters in the garage. I Know it's not a VW, but can anyone tell what make of car and possibly year, this seat is from? I'm almost guessing an 80's Ford, but I'm taking a shot in the dark. There are no logos or numbers stamped anywhere, to help me out.

Considering throwing it on craigslist, to see if there were any takers.

Anyone grow up with one of these in the family? Laughing

Look closely at the seatbelt.
It has to have a manufacturing label on it.
That should give ya a clue.

There might be part numbers molded into the armrests, likely underneath where it's screwed on. A google search of the number might get you closer.

I only found info on the blue plastic housing that you see in the picture, it has a name and number "IRVIN 240455". I googled that but didn't see anything that resembled what I have. There were no logos or numbers anywhere else on the belt cluster.

I'll check the arm rest also

I wonder how many of those were ever built? There can't be too many people looking for one. Put that up on ebay for $500 and see what happens?

I'm not sure if you can still use or rely on greyhound anymore but I both sent and received Bus middle seats in the past wrapped only in cardboard and plastic wrap.

So sort of a box as it was almost fully cardboard wrapped.

Not my seat but same idea
