Based on the rounded beltline a few inches below the windows, I'd say it's a Renault Estafette instead.

| This reminds me of a photo I came across many years ago of WWII German Luftwaffe jets sitting in a Canadian scrap yard. US and Canada had finished testing them after the war and they were all sold for scrap. Seemed like there were dozens of the different types. |
