Hi all I havent been here in a long time. I have owned this car for 10 yrs and at one point it was a running car. Then I paid someone to build me an 1800 engine and transmission, which are now installed in the car but none of the wiring is attached, nor are the carbs and there are a number of other things that dont make sense. Rather than trial and error Id like to pay someone by the hour to come here and help me or advise me in what needs replacing etc. I know there is someone who eats and sleeps bugs that will easily be able to look at what I have and help identify the right and wrong parts to finish putting it back together. I am in the Brandon/Tampa area and prefer that someone who can come here and spend a week or two helping me start and run it again. I have full fab capabilities on site and power tools to spare. Just need your expertise. If you can help or know someone in the Tampa bay area that does please pass my info along. Ozzie 813 377 9173 |

You are in luck, because in just a few days a HUGE gathering of VW people will be in your area. If the guru you seek exists, then he surely will be in attendance; here:
