Got her ready to be a roller to finish the rest of the metal work and paint.
First time she has been truly pulled out in the sun since 2013.
Loaded her up with the early bird special with the family!
Arrived to the spot safe with no issues then unloaded it after talking with Jason for an hour which could of lead to a couple more if my wife wouldn't of waved.
She is definitely around good company with two other splits, 356, DC, SC, 21.
Its been a decade and I'm super stoked.

While she's at paint and body I have started gathering the engine parts from all over the world so I can start on the engine build. Thanks for all early split parts collectors for making this possible. Enjoying the process please ignore the wrong stand. 😂 😂

Those doors look super wavy and warped, is that blasting damage? Should be no problem for these guys. I have got parts back from blasting that looked exactly the same. |

Yes I made the bad decision on having a buddy and his company do the media blasting and they are not car guys, so my fault. But you are correct Jason and team will make it right. _________________ 1951 Split Standard Hoffman Build

If they warped panels, they definitely didn't do it right. My shop uses 25psi and 300cfm (no, not a typo) and you WILL NOT warp anything with that. _________________ John Henry
