56 front quarter light (left) broken pin and latch

Not disassembled it yet, but the pin/rod in the bottom of the quarter light has broken off and latch is ceased.

Found a replacement latch, question is can the long pin be replaced or does it have to be an entire quarter light frame? If so, can you point me to a site that does the pins?

That pin is brazed on so you would have to disassemble the glass and go from there. Chrome would be shot. May be easier to find a replacement assembly, or buy new from WW.

'56-'64 use the same frame. The quality of the chrome plating improved over time, so you can usually find a later frame that can be used without additional work.
