This is what I used.
I like it a lot but as others have said, get to know it before you use it on the car.
Since my car has been finished, I’ve used it to refinish our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, our pool table and resprayed our deck. _________________ Volkswagen!

Is it the FLG4 (US Model) or the FLG5 (UK Model). The FLG4 uses something like 13-14 SCFM. If the FLG4, what size compressor are you using with it? I have a 220 VAC / 3 HP / 60 Gal rebranded Puma compressor that puts out 12 SCFM @ 90 PSI. I can't remember what the output is @ 40 PSI.

I bought the FLG4 last year after fighting with some cheap princess auto guns and wasting paint. It was a ton better at spraying base and clear, than any other cheap gun that I have used. I have the same type of 60 gal compressor, it rarely came on while I was spraying my sidecar project _________________ http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/jim_martin_engine_build.php
