Every single guide tube rusted right through. Cross member was holding about 5lbs of crap inside. Looks like more of the floor to replace... |

Gas Compartment? not sure what its name is. Sandblasted and primed ready for a little repair and then crossmembers hopefully this weekend.

Roughly the last 3 weeks of work here. Front floor is half done so far
All crossmall cross members in an inner rockers complete
Had to fab a couple pieces here.
Top half is fab bottom klassic fab. Made flange tool for this
New driver side dogleg in perfect spot |

Changed it up a little and got the passenger seat blasted and painted. Stored for who knows how long before fabric

Top and bottom rails of all gates removed plus 2 upright supports. One is completely stripped and blasted so far

They are pretty good. Only real issue with them is when I move and the castors need to spin. I only work on one side at a time so I don't move it often and I just hammer them into the right position before I move it. |

Finally finished sandblasting everything about a month ago. Doing a little bit more metal work before priming everything.

Did you convert your double cab to right hand drive or was the image flipped? Either way, great work!
Also, are you in Ontario Canada, or Ontario California???? |
