87 Weekender -Dash clock-not working

My dash clock is not working. I looked at the fuse diagram, but did not see listed, unless I am missing something. The light to the clock on the dash works. What would be a reason(s) the clock does not work?

Fuse is #3 in the box. Power at 14 pin connector #5? Power at clock? I think the foil connects to a small connector plug-in at the clock. Check for power there, unplug and re-connect?

analog or digital? the analog clocks can be fixed with $2 worth of new capacitors. the digital has replacements available.
