I might need something like this for my new build. Is anyone running them? |

I have always used the stock tubes, but I might not have a choice this time! |

I bought a used set for $20 and they work great, no leaks. I've used the same set on a couple of different combos.
That being said, if I were to buy new, I'd probably buy the JayCee tubes.

CB stock style wide mouth racing tubes in stainless steel are nice and one piece like original, plus they are windage style tubes with the extended end that fits in the case side. They also come in regular steel for cheaper. If you just need wide tubes, but don't want or care about them being the two part spring loaded ones which can be replaced with heads installed. Personally I think those are more trouble then they are worth unless you really need to replace some leaking ones on an assembled engine or something, or plan to want to replace them often? These single piece ones will NOT leak if installed properly.

Agree and FastFabs are even nicer (better fabrication, same design)
Not a fan of the original style, my opinion
Yes I know they work

Just use your two hands…install the end at the case first, compress by hand and slide in…
