| I shipped a 68-71 T2 10" nose badge to Garrett Raucci on oct. 12, 2021 via USPS with tracking # 9405 5036 9930 0030 7820 43. Badge was delivered on oct. 16, 2021. I received email from PayPal on Dec. 5, 2021 stating that a charge back had been filed by Garrett Raucci for un authorized purchase. PayPal refunded his money & charged me a dispute fee. I haven't received a reply from Garrett saying he will return my badge. Has anyone had any dealings with this Samba member? |

Sounds like you are getting scammed. Have you been In contact with the buyer? I would get PayPal on the phone and present your side.

I thought PayPal investigates disputes and reaches out to the other party prior to acting on the claim! 
If you have proof of delivery, I think he has to show paypal proof of return in order to keep the refund. If it was this simple to get money back, PayPal would be out of business already.

| Garrett Raucci sent money thru PayPal friends & family, so this gives PayPal no authority to demand return of nose badge. |

Yes, if they do a Paypal dispute through paypal.com
If you do a chargeback from your bank or credit card, it rips it back from Paypal and they take it back from you and charge you a penalty fee.
I've had this happen a few times myself for a few different reasons.
