Found this in a 63 euro beetle I'll be picking up soon. Hoping to find some of the missing tools in the car. Anyone seen one like this before?

It's listed in the back of the Bus parts manual as an accessory.

I am not sure what tools go into it.

The user above who posted that photo may know more as I believe he has several of them in various styles.
