people and old wanted ads......

I really dig this site no doubt, and I have alot of old parts I don't want or need anymore. I haven't been wanting to add a bunch more ads, kinda keeping it managable and all, so i peruse the wanted sections and e mail people who area looking for stuff I have (sometimes even advertised).
9 times out of 10 they e mail me back saying that they already scored what they were looking for... Well then why not go an delete the ad,or maybe thank Everett for the samba and show it works then delete it.
And poeple won't be wasting time....
Plus the space on the site could be put o better use ect... Frustrating to say the least.... does anyone else get the same result????

I have had the opposite result. I am looking for a few cars/vans and 95% of those questions have already sold the vehicle without either removing it or posting it sold. Another 4% does not reply leaving me with the 1% that does not fit my needs.

I had the same problem as SonicVW, I must have tried on 10 vehicles that were either sold or the seller never replied!(DUMB)
Most folks here are pretty cool though!!

Sounds like the same result in a way... people place ads then don't mange them by removing or putting sold or at least sale pending...Or taking them off if they found what they are looking for.... Kind gets on the true samba fanatics nerves lol!
