One of the wheels has a 5.50-16 tire. It has no air because its abandoned since long time ago, but this just confuses me more. 5.50-16 is bigger but fits, and the actual size is 500-16 and I should buy 500-16 if I can? I really dont want to spend 200+ dollars per tire and get them wrong |

Where can I get 5.60 16 tyres? |
I cannot tell you where to get them, I can only tell you where NOT to get them. ANY dealership that sells COKER tires. I have had problems as well as several other members. My set were Michelin and out of round, and they didnt do anything even with the warranty. Piss poor customer service! |
Hey, I know coker tires is not so good, but after many time searching, due to international shipping and prices it looks like my only option. They are for a 1950 beetle, 16 inch wheels.
I want to make sure that this will fit:

With this tubes:

Thanks for the help |
don't put those dirttrack tires on a beetle. That would be silly.
Coker makes several BW tires for the split beetle:
https://www.cokertire.com/tires.html?shop_width_bi...build=1624
none of them are cheap, but they are proper street tires for a split beetle.
5.50x16 is a split bus tire size. outer diameter would be too big for a split.
don't worry too much about the tube size. tubes are very flexible and will fit many applications. _________________ regards
