Did you just see the Klischee panel when I posted it, or were you previously aware of it?
Hopefully we find some others that were inspired from the book. |
I hadn’t seen the pics when I bought the 15 Lind, but I’d already seen them when you posted. Got the nerd in me all excited Does seem a straight forward copying of the design from the book; which as you rightly state is kind of what it was for; although busdaddy’s right that I think it works well in its own right given the trends of the time. I can see why they went with it ‘cos I think it looks awesome 😎 I’ve managed to track down the family and “Pop” is still alive. I’m currently trying to get more history, photos, etc from them. |
Very cool. Hopefully they get you some more good material. The bus definitely ended up in the right hands for preservation of its history.
